“千言万语 ﹣ 王祯宝作品展”于798全艺社开幕

        一月十九日下午三点，由全艺社主办的“千言万语 ﹣ 王祯宝作品展”开幕酒会在北京全艺社798空间举行。诸多媒体和众多艺术爱好者出席了开幕酒会。今年北京的冬天格外寒冷，让人的心情也有几分萧瑟，但是却丝毫没有影响观众的兴致，参观者络绎不绝。本次展览是澳门艺术家王祯宝在北京的第一个个人展览，展览展出了艺术家包括版画、压克力共五个系列的27幅作品。

        王祯宝是目前澳门最有影响力的艺术家之一，同时也是澳门版画界的领军人物，现任澳门版画研究中心会长。同时王祯宝的作品形式也是多样的，除了版画，还有素描、油画、插图、甚至雕塑，他曾在澳门、东京、比利时、葡萄牙等地多次举办个人展览。
        本次展览展出的版画作品均为近三年来的新作，包括《封尘旧事》、《四季》、《花草》、《无题》四个系列，艺术家在创作中专注于删繁就简、清丽唯美的东方格调。此次展览的作品中，展现出他近些年对中国及日本审美的研究，这些画面中虽然呈现的还是东方传统文化所关注的花草，鸟虫等物象，但似圆似条状的小物应衬着，朦胧的背景、复古的色彩和精妙空灵的构图及特殊的版画制作效果却凝造出一种新时代的文人风骨。尤其以《四季》为主题的四幅（春桃、夏荷、秋菊、寒梅）作品尤为突出，众多参观者长时间驻足观看。

        此次展览除了四个系列的版画作品外，还有五幅压克力作品。压克力作品展现出来的更多是艺术家对创作技法的探索，这些作品大多是以抽象的形式来记录时间的轨迹。画面沉稳又不失跳跃的动感，既体现了传统又让人感觉到创新。

        The opening cocktail of A Thousand Words – Works by James Wong which was organized by AFA Beijing was held in 798 at 3:00 p.m.,Jan. 19th. Many media and art lovers attended. Although the winter of Beijing is exceptionally cold this year, which makes the mood disconsolately, it made no difference at all to visitors’ interest. It was the first solo exhibition of the Macau artist James Wong in Beijing, there are 27 works, 5 serises exhibited, which covers printmaking and acrylic.
        James Wong is one of the most influential artists and leaders of printmaking in Macau. At present, he is the President of Macau Printmaking Research Centre. James Wong’s works are in various forms, which relate to printmaking, sketch, oil painting, illustration, sculpture etc., and he also held solo exhibtions in Macao, Tokyo, Belgium and Portugal among other places.
        The printmaking works are the newst which were created recent three years, includes Unfolded Story, A Little Winter Scene and Day Note etc. James Wong’s creation focus on the oriental aesthetics of simplification and pure fresh. The printmaking works show his research on Chinese and Japanese aesthetics, although it still presents the traditional oriental cultural objects like flowers, birds and insects etc., the retro colours, exquisite composition and the specific effect of printmaking in his art works echo the characteristics of the literati. The four works of Spring Pinch, Summer Lotus, Chrysanthemum in Autumn and Winter Prune which are on the subject of four seasons, attract many visitors to stop to watch.
        Besides the four series printmaking, there are five acrylic works exhibited. Those works show more exploration on techniques, which record the track of time with an abstract form. The painting is steady, but never lacks of bouncing innervation, which reflects tradition, meanwhile, you can feel the creation.
