环铁时代美术馆于2006年投资建成，本着以“学术本位”的发展理念，致力于积极参与并推动中国当代艺术，以其独特的建筑设计、兼容并包的学术视野、国际化的交流平台和规范化的运营机制吸引了众多艺术家、收藏家和投资者。美术馆以中国当代艺术品的展示、收藏与推广为基础，致力于文化产业的引导、展示、交流、开发，力求探索一条适合中国民营美术馆的生存发展之路，打造成中国当代艺术的学术后院。
    环铁时代美术馆由韩国的建筑设计师设计，钢砖结构，外观简洁大方，极具当代气息。美术馆在功能与设计方面都有其独到之处，自然采光，艺术化的空间设计，以适应多元化的展览活动。馆内面积2200平方米，分上下两层，展线长500米，空间通透，配备可活动展板，适合不同要求的艺术展览和展示活动的需求。

Built in 2006, with the view of “academy oriented”, Huantie Times ART MUSEUM devotes its efforts to the development of China Contemporary Art. Two floors, with a 2200㎡indoor area, a 500-metre show line, gaining light from nature and concise intern decoration fit it for all kinds of exhibitions.
