Animes Congratulation Letter

　　It is with great pleasure that the Animex International Festival 
of Animation and Computer Games comes to Guiyang to help celebrate the 
2009 Asian Youth Animation & Comic Contest and China (Guiyang) Cartoon 
Festival.

　　Since our first visit in 2007 we have begun a collaboration which I 
hope will result in positive outcomes and experiences for us and our 
respective supporters.

　　We would like to thank the organising committee for their warm 
invitation and look forward to spending a fabulous few days in Guiyang.
We would like to wish you every success for this year's event and hope
that our work together can continue long into the future.

　　2009年亚洲青年动漫大赛和中国贵阳卡通艺术节召开之际，英国动画及电玩国际艺术节组委会躬奉盛会，共襄盛举，甚感荣幸。

　　2007年，我们初访亚青赛，双方首度合作。此种合作如能为双方及其支持者带来积极成果与经验， 诚为所望。
