艺术北京专项基金启动

 

北京文化发展基金会设立“艺术北京专项基金”，专门用来支持 “艺术北京”的项目，同时也能够辐射到画廊的参展及其所实施的艺术项目。“艺术北京”将充分运用基金来推广“艺术北京”品牌，策划学术展览，邀请海外收藏家、媒体等，力图将挑战化为机遇，将困难视为磨砺，将“艺术北京”打造成为亚洲最重要的博览会之一。

 

 

“Art Beijing Special Fund” established by Beijing Cultural Development Foundation is used particularly for supporting the projects of “Art Beijing”, meanwhile radiating the participation of the galleries and their implementary art activities. “Art Beijing” will make full use of the fund and promote the brands of “Art Beijing”, plan the academic exhibitions and invite the overseas collectors and media, try hard to change the challenges into the opportunities, regard the difficulties as steeling itself, and provide one of the most important exhibitions in Asia.

 

 

本次展览关注的是年轻艺术家，更确切的说关注的是年轻艺术家的“姿态”。 “青春”、“艺术”是人类永恒的主题，如果没有特定的时空维度，这两个关键词作为展览的线索是没有任何意义的，但当在作品中尽管找不到相似时间，相似的日常生活的场景，相似的现实生活的判断，但却能够通过观审找到一个共同的指向的时候，我们隐约能够感觉到相似的就是这几位年轻艺术家的“姿态”。

 

 

The exhibition pays much attention to the young artists, more precisely speaking, to the attitude of the young artists.  "Youth" and "art" are the everlasting theme of the mankind. If there is no given space time dimensionality, these two key words, as the exhibition clues are meaningless. However when we could not find out the similar time, similar daily life scene and similar judgment for practical life, we could only find out a common  point through examination, we could faintly feel the similarity, that is the "attitude" of these several young artists.

 

 

近年来，在世界的大都市中，涂鸦作为一种时尚的原生艺术在蓬勃蔓延。艺术家在自己城市的墙壁上进行创作，展示自己的艺术理想，与城市和公众进行对话，成为一种新的艺术形式。4月26日至30日，艺术北京与法国文化协会, 法国驻华大使馆主办的“中法文化交流之春”大型活动，联合邀请法国最好的几位涂鸦艺术家，在艺术北京现场表演喷绘涂鸦艺术墙，告诉北京的人们他们是怎样将油漆与墙面作为他们表达自己的武器。

 

 

In recent years, doodle in the worldwide metropolis, doodle is flourishing as a kind of faddish 

primary arts. The artists create on the walls of their own cities, display their artistic ideal and have conversation with the cities and the public, thus becoming a new art form. During the period from April 26 to 30, Art Beijing, together with French Cultural Society, French Embassy in China will host a large-scale activity ” the Spring of  Sino-France Exchanges”. They will jointly invite several best doodle artists from France  who will give scene demonstration of doodle painting wall in Art Beijing, tell the people in Beijing how they take the paints and wall surfaces as their weapon to express themselves.

 

 

2009年的艺术市场将不可避免地成为讨论的焦点，“艺术经济”论坛将邀请国际著名的专家学者、批评、收藏家、画廊负责人家针对新形势下亚洲艺术市场景象，展开讨论。论坛主要关注“艺术发展的未来”、“艺术市场的增长点”、“未来的收藏”以及如何成为“未来的收藏家”，而艺术教育项目将配合“艺术经济论坛”，介绍一些关于“新艺术”的基础性知识。

 

 

The art market in 2009 will be the focus of discussion.  “The art economic forum” will invite the famous international scholars, critics, collectors and the persons in charge of galleries to the discussions in full swing on the scene of the Asian art market under the present situation. The forum will mainly pay much attention to “the future of the art development”, “the growth pole of the art market”,” the future collection” and “how to become the future collectors”. Yet, the educational project will coordinate with the” The art economic forum” and introduce some basic knowledge about the “new arts”.

 

 

国际影像收藏界巨擘M+M Auer夫妇将在“影像北京”，也是在中国，第一次展出他们的个人收藏。Auer夫妇40年的影像收藏，穿越了影像艺术的历史，他们对影像艺术的热爱近乎疯狂，1985年他们出版的“摄影百科全书”，直至今天还是影像艺术专业人士必不可少的工具书。在他们收藏的80000件作品中，法国策展人David Rosenberg将根据自己理解的线索遴选出50件具有历史意义的作品，讲述一段摄影艺术的发展史和一段充满激情的疯狂的收藏传奇。对于中国的摄影届，这也将是一个具有历史意义的时刻。

 

 

M+M Auer, the authority in the field of the international photo collection will display for the first time their private collections in "Photo Beijing", also in China. The 40 years photo collection of M+M Auer has traveled through the history of the photo art. They love photo art and are almost crazy for it. Their "Photographing Encyclopedia” published in 1985 is up to today the requisite reference book for the professional photographing artists. Among their 80000 collected works,  Dacid Rosenberg, the French planner will select 50 of historical significance and talk about a section of the phylogeny of the photo art and the crazy collection romance .full of strong emotion. As for the Chinese photographing field, it will be a moment of the most historical significance.

“影像北京”特特别邀请BAMAKO非洲当代摄影双年展为我们带来最优秀的非洲当代摄影艺术家的作品。非洲一直是一块神秘而复杂的土地，殖民后遗症、文化危机、自身文化认同，一直在外来人的镜头中体现着。这次让我们换一个角度，看看非洲正在逐渐觉醒的新一代是怎样理解自己的文明，建立自己的审美标准。

 

 

"Photo Beijing" specially invites BAMAKO African Contemporary Photographing Biyearly Exhibition to bring us the photographs of the most excellent African contemporary photograph artists. Africa is always a mysterious and complicated land. All along colonial sequela, cultural crisis and cultural self-identity are reflected in the cameras of the nonnative. This time we can see from another angle how the gradually awakening generation understands its civilization, and build its own standard for the ability to appreciate the arts.

“Photo Beijing” will persistently promote the video arts; look for the best video works of each year, and the optimal mode on the scene of exposition. The artists cinema , after the 10 Best Chinese Video Artists Joint Exhibition 08 will collect from Asia , especially from the Korea and Japan the latest and the most excellent video works, and explore the new mode and bring the new surprise.

为了更好地推广参展画廊以及中国当代艺术，艺术北京特别出资邀请重量级的、在亚洲当代艺术收藏负有盛名的海外藏家出席艺术北京2009，同时参观美术馆、艺术区；与艺术家、收藏家和画廊负责人交流等活动。

In order to provide the best service to the multiplication collection lovers, "Art Beijing" collection club emerges because of demand. 艺术北京与UCCA联手打造影像高峰论坛

 

为了使众多的摄影专业人员和摄影收藏家、爱好者更加详细地了解中国摄影史，影像北京与UCCA合作，于2009年3月中至展会期间举办两场专题讲座及两场高峰论坛，邀请业内的专业史学家、批评家、研究人员和海内外藏家来从多角度介绍中国摄影发展的百年史，摄影收藏的趋势及问题。

 

 

In order to make the professional photographers,  photo collectors, and photo lovers understand the detailed Chinese photo taking history, Photo Beijing, together with UCCA will hold two special lectures and two summit forum during the middle of march, 2009 and the period the exposition. They will also invite the professional historians, critics, researchers and overseas and domestic collectors to introduce the century history of the development of the Chinese photograph taking, the trend of the photograph collection and the problems.

 

VIP国际媒体团

 

2009年艺术北京将邀请世界范围内10家当代艺术重要媒体记者，组成VIP媒体团, 对艺术北京2009及中国当代艺术市场作一次实地考察，并展开专题报道.届时,国内百家艺术北京协作媒体将与国际媒体代表举行国际艺术市场媒体论坛。

 

 

In 2009, Art Beijing will invite 10 important media families of the contemporary arts from the world, thus forming the VIP Media Group. They will make the field survey for Art Beijing 2009 and the Chinese contemporary art market, as well as carry out the reports on the special subjects. On the occasion,  hundred of domestic co - operational media units of Art Beijing will hold the media forum on the international art market with the international media representatives.
